Founded more than 80 years ago, the Alabama State Chiropractic Association is the unified voice of the chiropractic profession in the state. The ASCA is committed to the preservation, protection and promotion of the philosophy, science and art of chiropractic. ASCA works to protect the rights of the recipients of chiropractic care, and to promote the general welfare and members of the chiropractic profession. ASCA represents the interest of its members in all areas of vital concern to the profession.

The Alabama State Chiropractic Association and its members acknowledge the significant effects of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex on human health. Therefore, the Alabama State Chiropractic Association is committed to the preservation, protection and promotion of the philosophy, science and art of chiropractic, the practice freedoms of chiropractic and the freedom of all people to choose their form health care, through proactive legislation postgraduate continuing education, leadership training, organized committees and public relations; and to further the integration of chiropractic into the nation’s health care delivery system. We are committed to chiropractic and its positive impact on the lives of its doctors, their patients and staff, and the citizens of this great state. x
